Instructions

PAPS labels are used with the ACE e-Manifest and your customs entry when transporting goods from Canada into the U.S. They act as a shipment control number (SCN), required when submitting an e-Manifest and formal entry with U.S. Customs each time you cross the border.

PARS labels are required by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) when transporting goods from the U.S. into Canada. One label must be placed on the commercial invoice and provided to the customs agent at the Canadian border. A carrier code must be obtained through CBSA by submitting an application by fax or mail. Contact us for an application, or download the application on our website as described in the original form.

Both PAPS and PARS labels are printed in sequential order. The original form states these labels have been pre-approved by CBSA and U.S. Customs & Border Protection.
